Just As Likely…

It’s just as likely that things will work out as it is likely that they won’t.

I invite you to spend AT LEAST as much time imagining incredible things as you do awful things. It’s my “equal air time” rule.

Brains don’t know the difference between real and imagined. So whatever you imagine is what your brain and body experience as real, and then the brain goes to work finding evidence that what you think about is already true.

This is how your thoughts end up creating your reality. Your brain is creating the evidence what you think about most.

This is why managing your mindset FIRST, then showing up in your divorce changes everything.

Mindset management isn’t something we’re taught how to do. We just believe what our brains tells us. This is a stressful way to do divorce.

Let’s talk about how divorce coaching can help you create the best mindset and then the outcome for you.
